How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Delivery varies per product or brand, please check each product's delivery time before placing order.

It generally take between 5-20 days to arrive at customer's destination. This timeframe begins from the time that a product is delivered to the courier service by our brand partners.

Because we work with a number of different brands, it is typical for items ordered from multiple brands to arrive at their destinations separately.

Express shipping is available at an elevated cost for customers who wish to receive their items on an urgent basis.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently use PayStack! One of Africa's most secured payment gateway. They securely process your debit and credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, Verve, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club and Union Pay.

We also accept Bank Transfer if you're using WorldRemit, Xoom by PayPal or any other transfer channels. Please chat us up for bank details.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Whilst we can't speak for others, you can be rest assured that buying from our store pose no threat as we monitor and secure our server every minute of the hour with your information encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is as simple as ABCDE.

  • B: Add To Cart your choice of product
  • C: Goto Checkout page, Fill in your details and where you want us to ship your item to.
  • D: Choose your preferred payment platform (PayStack or Bank Transfer).
  • E: Confirm Payment and Viola! We have received your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel an order only if you haven't checked out with any of the payment gateways. And even if you have and you really need to cancel the order, you'll have to contact us immediately, so that we can request an immediate order cancellation from the payment gateways (PayStack only).

Kindly note that the transaction fee might not be refundable and there could be a delay in getting your money back.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a Guest. However, we recommend you register to benefits from easy flow of interacting with the site, viewing your recent orders, wishlist and we sometimes assign coupons to registered users for discount purposes. You won't want to miss that!

How Do I Track My Order?

We have a tracking page to check your order status and you can visit it here Order Tracking. Please make sure you have the ORDER ID NUMBER (e.g 12345) and the billing email address you used to place your order.

Also if your product is eligible for a tracking number, we will text or email you your tracking number for your shipping
