However, the following return policy applies…
For Nigeria/Ghana/South Africa/Kenya:
- You may return all products within 7 days of delivery (from the date you receive the items) for refund (if product doesn’t match what you ordered). The original bag and tag should be intact, not damaged.
- For the returned item(s), we will issue a refund after we have checked your returned goods, confirmed tracking number or receipt.
- We will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, missing tags, or returned after 7 days. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser’s address.
- Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: All Fabrics, Braid wigs, jewelry. (this list will be updated later in the nearest future, please check often)
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
- If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us first and our customer service will respond to you within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 7-15 business days with PayStack for your refund to appear.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by Us.
Rest of the World:
- International orders cannot be returned for a refund.
- Only returns for store credit are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

- All exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
